Community
Community guidelines
These apply to everything on StreamBit: streams, videos, chat, comments, community posts and channel pages. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

Reporting
Every video, comment, community post, chat message and channel has a Report option. Reports go to StreamBit's moderation team, not to the creator, and the person you report is never told who reported them. Copyright claims and illegal content can also be sent, without an account, through the legal notice form.
What happens next
A person reviews every report. If something breaks these rules we take it down, and in serious or repeated cases suspend the channel. Whoever posted it gets an email saying what was removed and why. Creators also moderate their own chat and comments.
If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal for six months after the decision: use the link in that email (it works even if your channel is suspended), or Studio → Content → Moderation. A different member of our team from the one who made the decision reviews every appeal. If they agree with you, we put it back straight away. Either way, we email you the outcome and tell you in your notifications. You can have one appeal open on a decision at a time.
Copyright takedowns are different: they follow the law's notice and counter-notice process, so send a counter-notice instead. Our copyright policy explains how.
